Meagan Frazier
Raised on a family farm in Dickson County, Meagan Frazier joined Smith Harris & Carr in 2003 and became a partner in 2008. She is a licensed attorney and a graduate of Nashville School of Law. Meagan also graduated cum laude from Middle Tennessee State University with a major in Public Relations and minors in Political Science and Marketing.
In pursuit of her goal of becoming a lobbyist, Meagan began working with the Tennessee General Assembly as an intern in 2001 then moved to the Tennessee Treasury Department as a Human Resources Assistant. In 2002-2003, she worked in the Office of the Chief Clerk of the House providing support to the Commerce, Health, and Finance Committees. During the House floor session she was responsible for the rough journal which is the actual handwritten record of the proceedings.
She is currently serving as President of the Board of Directors for Tennessee CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) Association. She is also a member of the Board of Directors for the ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease) Association, TN Chapter. Meagan is a member of the Nashville Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association and Dickson County Chamber of Commerce.
Meagan is married and has a young daughter. She and her husband are members of the Walnut Street Church of Christ in Dickson.
